The Exodus of Adam and Eve  from Eden, and the Jubilee count begins after 7 years of being in the Garden of Eden.
From here, time is tracked continuously in 50-year Jubilee cycles,  establishing the covenant structure used throughout Scripture.

Solomon’s building year 2939 AM aligns with the cycle structure already in motion, connecting priestly order, sacred space, and covenant timekeeping. 

Zerubbabel’s Temple is destroyed in Year 3,492 AM the 42nd year of the 70th Jubilee, seven years short of 70 complete Jubilee cycles.
