Effective Date: April 1, 2026
Welcome to The Black Ancestry Network Group LLC (“The BANG,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the B.A.N.G. Jubilee Calculator 5.0 (“BJC-5.0”), our website, and related services.
By accessing or using BJC-5.0, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
BJC-5.0 is a chronology and calendar research tool designed to help users calculate, organize, and review Jubilee-cycle related data, including Anno Mundi (AM) and Anno Domini (AD) year relationships, event tracking, and related study information.
BJC-5.0 is provided for educational, informational, and research purposes. The content, calculations, and materials made available through the service are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice.
You are responsible for how you use the service and for any information you enter into it. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
If you authorize BJC-5.0 to access your Google account or Google Sheets, you grant permission only for the functions required to operate the service. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers. Access is limited to the permissions you grant through Google’s authorization process.
BJC-5.0, its design, text, branding, underlying concepts, layout, and related materials are the property of The Black Ancestry Network Group LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, republish, or redistribute the service or its proprietary materials without written permission.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable if the service is temporarily unavailable.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every calculation or output will meet every user’s expectations or intended purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Black Ancestry Network Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe a user has violated these Terms or misused the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
